Anybody has an idea of what COTAM3900 could be???
The a/c visited EDLV/NRN yesterday 4jan10 between 17 and 1730 local and departed
to LFPV.

CTM3900 sounds like a French AF TBM700 to me.

CTM3900 also picked up as a CASA CN235M. CTM39xx range often used by CN235M's and CTM38xx by TBM700's.
