And in the summer of 95 some 53 FS Eagles took over the former 32nd FS shelters and came over to practice with 5or 6 F-15's. They were very much welcome!

they were parked at the "middle east" close to the head of runway 27. If I remember there was some construction work going on at the visitors platform at that time. And over the fence.........Wow Peter!! 6 A-10's ! Where were they parked an why did you not went over the fence to get closer?

In the week before or after also 6 BT F15's were parked at this position (if I remember correctly 22nd FS/Red fin) -> pictures?P.Terlouw

Nice pics of the Hogs
Not sure if those are the same ones but late `80`s i was at home (Kapelweg in Amersfoort, hence in the landing of Soesty) and 5-6 A-10`s came in to land.

ready for another trip to memory lane?
not so common visitor the 'hog',
always nice to see an F-4 so close,
sometimes some nice dart 'grafitti',
that time the 298th sqn came to the fence and sold some patches...
and of course a local from the 32nd TFS,
