Difficult choice...
If I had to pick one of my favourites, maybe it would be this one. It conveys the contrasts one sees around a Swiss air base, in this case Meiringen. In one shot, a high tech jet against the pastoral backdrop of a farm.

i just had that camera (the EOS 500D with 300mm IS USM lens) while i had a simple compact digital camera before this one, it's a huge step forwards!
