Not fully, it is a Dash 8-102 from Airlines of PNG (Airlines of Papua New Guinea)

Are Heavylift Boeing B727 ( RP-C8017 and the Belfast ( RP-C8020) still active ?

according Airframes.org they are indeed still active. The Belfast is the last airworthy flying one in the world though.

Hello,

one Request from my side, on 27-10-2009 arround 1330 LT landed a Dhc-4 from the Australian Air Force on Cairns, in his tail had he yellow markings.
does maby any one know withs one it was??

The aircraft in question was one of our retiring caribous and on its tail was:
"1964-2009
45 Years Service to the Nation"
