Looking at the dense routemap of Ryanair I was wondering why there is not a single route going to or from a Greek destination?
Is there an (obvious?) reason for them lay low on this country since I recon Wizzair is opening routes to some of the islands in Greece...
Anyone up for it?

Re: Question about Ryanair
I assume that Ryanair would start flying to Greece whenever they would see an opportunity. So, maybe they don't right now. Either that, or the airport fees are too high. But who cares, there are a lot of other airlines flying to Greece, we'll get there...

Re: Question about Ryanair
With the loaded British market like Thomas Cook, TUI, Monarch and EZY there is no need for RYR to jump in as well; the airport fees are quite normal compared to EU-standards so this can't be the main issue ...phkza wrote:I assume that Ryanair would start flying to Greece whenever they would see an opportunity.
