Forum rules
ImageThis is the forum to share your recent aviation photos with the rest of the community, being photos not older than six months at the moment of topic opening. Theme-based topics, not about recent events, should go into the sub-forum.
Although we will not screen beforehand, we reserve the right to delete any images, especially if clearly unsharp or otherwise low in quality. For more information on how to upload you images, check this post.
In topic titles, please use airfield names in stead of just codes, and be clear about what kind of photos your viewers can expect (e.g. CIV/MIL, location etc.).

Finally, bring any photo criticism understandable and to the point, not cynical or offensive! Simultaneously, do not feel offended by criticism per se, but simply explain your motives, taste et cetera, or ignore if you wish so.

Superairport Hilversum, 21-11-2009

Post by Rabbit »

Hello!!

In order to understand what the civil spotter feel, stimulate, cheer on, etc, etc, I decided to visit Superairport Hilversum in the late afternoon of saturday the 21st of november. Beacause, where else can you feel the real civil vibe? ;-) After one hour, i still didn't get it and left for a nice hot coffee at home! Probably i'll never uderstand... (please, don't take this personal or too serious)

Those photo's were taken between approx 15:00 and 16:00 and the light conditions were very very bad. I gave it a try anyway...

Hello Jeroen, initially I was very surprised to see your report..!
What I like about this green airfield is the hospitality of the airport authorities and...you might catch a nice chopper here, if you are lucky.

Well, Jeroen, you may have shot more of those light chaps than I do in a decade - and I do have civvy vibes. 8)

For those of you who have the stomach to stay longer at Hilversum Airport than one hour  , your contributions are still VERY welcome at
http://airnieuws.nl/movements.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

So far we have only been able to produce
http://airnieuws.nl/movements/hilversum ... index.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; because of a lack of input :( , so we definitely value ALL contributions regarding EHHV...

We are also looking for Lelystad reporters/photographers :!:
