EWAS reports that (some of?) the Italian vipers will fly missions at 1045lt and 1415lt.

Italian Vipers not flying this afternoon because of the wind gusts, they taxied back to the shelters. Dutch F16's are normally flying

Yep, but luckily they only decided to abort after having lined up for departure at the 24R
