The initiative was made, yesterday; main line is that The Netherlands en at least 13 other NATO-Countries will participate in a Shared -Cargo Plane Program, just like the C-17 program; relieving other Airforces with help when needed by providing cargoplanes when needed.
For know, I'm currious to see what really comes off the drawing boards and if this will work ... time will tell
