In the town of Terni (Italy) there is a G-91Y in tiger colors.
The adress is Via Narni 270
coordinates: 42 31 43 N 12 36 15 E

What is its identity?

I'm afraid your coordinates put me somewhere near the village of Porcivalle, with no G-91 in sight....

The coordinates had a typo, they are 1 minute too far south.
Try: N42.54533, E12.60430
Don't know its identity either I'm afraid.
