Will this one replace the 747, or will it be used as an additional body?

Replacing the 747-300 (IF the 343 does it well there might be an expension but this is far future planning)Derice wrote:Will this one replace the 747, or will it be used as an additional body?

B743 Phase-out 2nd week November 2009.
The B743 is apparently for sale.

Hi all,
A new E-170 has been delivered to BA CityFlyer, does anyone know if it is going to fly to AMS?

Small note; the first E170 returned from REC to SJK due to birdstrike so not yet deliverd; #2 is expected to be delivered soon as well.XYZ wrote:The British Airways CityFlyer Embraer E170 services to AMS will replace BAe RJ100's as follows:

Re: New deliveries/special colours to look out for at Schiphol
First flight will be LCY-EDI, then LCY-AMS.
Here's a picture I took of the delivery flight, departure at Sao Jose dos Campos.
More E-170's should be deliverd pretty soon. No.2 is already complete, No.3 also and no.4 was in the painting bay this week. By 2010 all ARJ's will have left the BA fleet.
