Plane For Sea-Tac Makes Emergency Landing At Boeing Field

SEATTLE -- An Air Canada flight coming from Toronto, Canada to Sea-Tac Airport had to make an emergency landing at Boeing Field because of a wing flap problem.

Flight 541 almost reached its final destination until the pilot asked to land at Boeing Filed because he needed extra runway room to land safely. Boeing Field has a runway roughly 10,000 feet long and Sea-Tac’s longest runway is undergoing construction.

The Brazilian-built twinjet landed without incident and after getting off passengers caught taxis to Sea-Tac.
