Not yet, but two flights form Bergamo and Venice were not allowed to depart today because Myair has got to pay old bills to ENAC first. At least that is what I understand from this article in Italian:

Both quotes are from AVIONEWS
AVIONEWS - WAPA

Myair.com's flight operations acceptance suspended at Orio al Serio's airport Bergamo, Italy -
The measure decided by Italian ENAC "Sacbo (Bergamo's airport management society) communicates
that, according to the article 802 of the navigation regulation, the flight operations acceptance, served
by Myair.com from Bergamo-Orio al Serio's airport, have been suspended.
The measure, decided by ENAC (Italian Civil Aviation Authority) at the instance of airport, fixes the
airplanes' departure ban when the duties regarding the payment of taxes, rights and tariffs, appear
violated".
Vicenza, Italy - To Ascom Finance, company that guarantees the carrier's debts
(WAPA) - Problems for the Italian airline Myair seem to never reach an end. According to what is reported today by the "Il Giornale di Vicenza" newspaper, in fact, it seems that the carrier would have paid the € 1 million insurance premium to Ascom Finance, company that offered a security deposit of € 12 million to guarantee the airline's tax debts, with four checks without funds.

Ascom, even if it retired the checks without opening the protest procedure, would anyway have started actions to protect its credit. Myair itself would have asked the cancellation of the insurance, but Vicenza's tax authorities, always according to "Il Giornale di Vicenza", would have asked Ascom Finance to maintain them, as the other guarantees presented by the carrier would not be sufficient.

For its economic and financial problems, besides the discomforts caused to hundreds of passengers with flghts' delays and cancellations, Myair is Italian ENAC's special observed. Earlier this month the authority had revoked its license, replacing it with a temporary one expiring on October 31. The managers of the airline have been summoned for tomorrow at the Italian civil aviation authority's headquarters in Rome

Latest news according to Marco Fineli:
MYAIR is off from the market from July 24 2009 since the AOC has been revocked by Italian CAA. 220 employees are now unemployed, the fleet is grounded and prosecutors are on the way to check the companies financial status affected by huge losses in 2008 and in 2009 and in some medias figures speaks about probably more than 100 million €. Carlo Bernini have wrote to the board sending the formal demise act from the leading position in the airline. The board revocked, but now everything is in the hands of Vincenzo Soddu, today VP with Chairman functions. They are on the way to find the way to survive, probably investors are announced in the week, but in another side is clear the sooner insolvency declared by the court just in case the bankruptcy is requested from creditors.
Stranded passengers has obtained ad hoc fares in order to have the possibility to be back home with Meridiana, Alitalia, Ryanair, Blue Air.
Bye, Chris.
