Spotting at Caen (France)
Next Friday my girlfriend and I will go to Normandy (vacation). We will stay near Caen and I know there is a small airport there.
Does someone know a spottingguide or a map with the spots on it of Caen Airport?
Or can someone tell me what the best locations are to see the aircrafts.
You can post it here, but you can also mail me or sent a PM
Kind regards,
Ruud

Re: Spotting at Caen (France)
Caen is quite an easy and transparent field, left of the terminal just follow the fence to check things out. Usually a few Beech 90/200/350's can be taken through/over the fence but bring a 2-stepladder (or crate or something) which will make things easier. Good chance to get an AirFrance CRJ and for sure don't forget to drive to the other side of the field where a derelict Noratlas can be photographed. (take the D9 south-west, and turn left into marcelet, than again farmers road left to aeroclub... check google earth)
I have never drunk milk, and I never will . . . .
