In topic titles, please use airfield names in stead of just codes, and be clear about what kind of photos your viewers can expect (e.g. CIV/MIL, location etc.). Simultaneously, do not feel offended by criticism per se, but simply explain your motives, taste et cetera, or ignore if you wish so. |

Yeah, your right. I liked the Turkish Stars Herc with the two engines that looked much like a Transall as well......DjNoizzIQ wrote: (nice supply-plane, that white Herc.)

One of the 1400 pictures I took that day:
Picture is 100% pure - I never use photoshop to improve pictures. Off course I used a program to insert my name, colours and more are original.

Well, maybe you should start using it, if you have good pics straight from the camera then you can make them look even better.ssb-spotting wrote:Picture is 100% pure - I never use photoshop to improve pictures.

Man, there are some great shots here! Nice work! And some bad ones as well.. Great work!
Ok, a few from me, looks like boring stuff by now, so give me a PM if it makes you puke and i will remove it in a jiffy...
1. My favorite plane...
2. Nice colors...
3. Best Red show i've ever seen in Holland.
4. Fastest Turk i know.. And i know a lot. Very nice show by the way...
5. Nice light...
6. I noticed this strange lighting condition, but i think it is cool.
7. Excuse moi, a very nice formation
8. Crazy flight?
9. One more of my favorite a/c. This one is in a smaller reso cause of all the other sites that prefer 1024.. But it makes me crazy.. The otherones i still have to re-size

Some from me.
300mm's wasn't always enough, but it worked.
Great opportunity to try out the new EOS40D, unfortunately the "old" Sigma 100-300
isn't really good...
I especially like pic nr 1 (lucky shot!) and 2...

@Tropical, Nice compo's! And colors..
About the 40D, do not use the 3" screen to judge the quality of your pic's (color OR sharpness!!) because it is by far the worst screen ever build into a camera. Sometimes you can get sharp views on the screen, but only if you zoom out a few clicks, however then it's still nothing compared to your pc screen. (Or a 50D..hehehe)

@all
Wow there are so many nice images here, its hard to choose the best one.....
Here is my #1 image of the whole event.....
It shows one the last flights of this Spanish EF-18 Hornet demo pilot, when he almost broke the soundbarrier during his fly-by - so what u think?
I was surprised when I saw the shockwaves on my camera screen, and never expect such a photo in Volkel either in Miramar or Oceana:-)
More to come as I have to sort out a few 1000 images, after three days in a row on tour for aviation images : Florennes , and Volkel two days.
Cheers
Mick

Hi all,
It is quite difficult to remain original when browsing through all nice pics posted here in this thread lately.
Nevertheless, find some examples from my point of view:
Of course, lots of more photos can be viewed too on:

Best regards,
Detlev.

Glad someone got that! I saw it but it happened just after I decided to just watch and enjoy the rest of the demo instead of take pictures. I was thinking for a split second: euh what I still don't hear it. And immediately all the sound came at once and I saw the vapors! Great thing to seezapata742 wrote:@all
