TNI-AU Puma crash

TNI-AU (Indonesia Air Force) Puma H-3306 crashed in at the Air Force's Atang Sendjaja air base in Bogor, just south of
Jakarta on Friday 12 June, killing four and injuring three.
The accident is believed to be caused by a malfunction in the helicopter’s automatic pilot system which was under repair and
testing before the crash.
