Went through the "old shoebox" and ran into a slide of a FAF NordAtlas with tailcode 63-VJ. Unfortunatelly I can not read the serial on the tail. I have no clue where or when it was taken, all I know is that it was on a Dutch Airfield as support for Patrouille de France and I do recall having seen an earlier topic somewhere on Scramble where more pictures of this bird were shown but I cannot find that thread anymore....
Can anyone help me with the serial ? The tailcode is unknown in the Scramble database so that was no help

the 201/63-VJ was the support of the PdF at the Open Dag at Soesterberg in 1984. It was parked at runway 13/31 beside the Alpha Jets. Maybe you took the picture there?

Hm... just beaten by the clock. I was to suggest the same: N201/63-VJ seen 1 september 1984 at Soesterberg as PdF-support. Pictures of Key and myself in "old pictures of Soesterberg" and "Wrecks and Relics" fototopics (title name may be slightly different because of bad memory )

I think I'm getting old or it must be the booze...., didn't even recall ever having been at an open day at Soesterberg (but a quick look through my old open day programms does confirm that I've been there??)
But thanks for the info, that indeed is the one !!

Does anybody remember this Nora leaving after the Open Day?
Take-off from runway 27, followed by a left hand pattern and a very low overshoot over the spottersplace and runway 31
25 years ago........, but it seems like yesterday!
