maybe a dedicated server is an option? i know it costs a little extra.. but i think it will solve the problem..
I know that shared hostings are a b*tch... I work at an internet/hosting provider and we see these kinds of problems sometimes on our shared servers with sites like these (many visitors, large databases etc). If there are more sites with the size like the scramble, there will definatly be problems with site speed and database connections.

Net ook weer enige tijd geen verbinding, grofweg tussen 13.30 en 13.45 uur.

De afgelopen 5 minuten kon ik geen berichten lezen, de bekende melding was er weer:

Ik heb dat ook ondervonden, maar kon toch het Board bereiken omdat ik gebruik gemaakt heb van een bericht in mijn Inbox, nav een reactie.
Door daar op te klikken, kwam ik terecht bij het desbetreffende topic en kon ik daarna gewoon alles bekijken.
Ik weet niet of dat altijd werkt, maar in dit geval wel.

Had zojuist weer een "too many connections" waarschuwing.. ook weer precies om 12.04lt, zou het toeval zijn??

De keren dat ik vastloop is het ook verdacht vaak om 12:00 of heel kort daarna!

Dat dacht ik eerst ook, maar het is wel heel precies aan 12:00:00 gekoppeld ;)
Zou me dus niet verbazen als er dan een server switch of whatever is...
