Re: TLP spottersday 2009
Is something known about the photo opportunities during the spottersday?
Will the spotters have access to the TLP platform?

Re: TLP spottersday 2009
No authorisation received to gain access to the TLP rampDe plus, nous n'avons pas reçu d'autorisation de voir les avions de plus près au hangar TLP.
Re: TLP spottersday 2009

North side of the runway, so shooting into the sun (if there is any).Il est exact que les spotters devront rester du côté Nord de la piste. Malheureusement, du côté Sud , il y a une autre manisfestation et nous ne pouvons pas "mélanger"les 1000 spotters à cette dernière.

Re: TLP spottersday 2009
Okaaaay, so we don't have to bother going there then...
Re: TLP spottersday 2009
That's a big shame , as I can remember the very good organised Recce-meet spottersday's in 2002 and 2003 with perfect conditions for photographers.
As Maurice says ; another thing to skip .....

Re: TLP spottersday 2009
Time will tell..., it's still 2 weeks and things can change. And as it's supposed to be a flying day anyway, you can always choose to go to the regular spots for one last time....

Re: TLP spottersday 2009
Ive now registered but not paid.
After going to excellent recce meets and a tlp media day i expected to be on the South side.
Why would any one want to pay 25euros to stand against the sun when you can view fairly good from outside?

If for what ever reason the TLP mission got scrubbed on that Day like often does for what ever reasons and thereis no access to TLP ramp etc
You would have a lot of spotters paid 25 euros for ???

And to complete the translation of the French text: Unfortunately, there is another manifestation on the south side and we cannot mix 1000 spotters with that manifestation.Malheureusement, du côté Sud , il y a une autre manisfestation et nous ne pouvons pas "mélanger"les 1000 spotters à cette dernière.
How about that for bad PR?

Thought you can only register by paying 25 euro's and give your name in the comments. So no pay no registration.wizard 51 wrote:Ive now registered but not paid.
If you paid "eurobasis" you don't have any bank costs.Slijfie wrote: 25 euros PLUS 11 euros bank costs.
