A nice event near Bristol. I was there last year and its by the beach and a lot of hotels are walking distance away.

Yep, been there a couple years ago and it is certainly worth visiting. Specially on the arrivals. You will have great English architecture backdrops for your pictures. And it is a well known event within the chopper scene and usually get some interesting visitors like Norwegian Sea Kings.

Does anyone know it there are any low-budget flights (like Ryanair) to the Bristol area from The Netherlands ?

AFAIK Bristol is only served by KLC from the Netherlands

En ryanair vliegt redelijk goedkoop vanaf Eindhoven naar Bristol.

Ja klopt en je kunt ook beter rechtstreeks naar Bristol vliegen.
Toen ik de reis maakte landde ryanair nog niet in Bristol dus ging ik via London en kwam 's nachts vast te zitten in Bristol
En als je een bed and breakfast in Walliscote road (er zijn daar heel veel) pakt, zit je lekker dicht bij de helis.

Helaas zijn de vluchttijden vanaf Eindhoven niet echt gunstig om een weekendje (zaterdag en zondag) naar Bristol te gaan. Zaterdag heen en dinsdag terug zou eventueel wel mogelijk zijn voor in totaal slechts 20 Euro !!
