A-10C Replacements for the 75th EFS at Bagram AB

Meanwhile, the following seven (of probably eight) replacements are identified by photos:

The eight replacement is identified now as A-10C 81-0972 from the 74th FS. In March 2009, this aircraft returned home from Bagram AB to Moody AFB as part of a four ship (including A-10Cs 80-0226 and 80-0252). Sorry all! I was wrong. By viewing the 800x533 pic, I read 972 but overlooked the 1 between 9 and 7 (9172). In fact, this A-10C is 79-0172 from the 74th FS which already deployed with the 75th EFS original aircraft package. Let me correct all of that on my blog. And because I got permission from the photographer to use all of his related A-10 shots, I will publish an updated post.
