According Vincent LoedemanThe MC-130E was 64-0568 from 919th SOW it was parked at the hot cargo ramp.
Assume makes an ASS of U and ME.

64 0568 MC130E presently sitting at Prestwick due out 0800 saturday 4th april having arrived on the 2nd at bout 2000.
