De Chinook die vanochtend heeft gevlogen was overigens niet voor de DEMO.
Het was een testvlucht na onderhoud (even voor de statistieken :P )

Er heeft idd 1 Chinook gevlogen voor een FCF flight. D-102 is correct.

Re: EHGR 28-03-2009 Wings for Life

Post by Worldnis »

On Sat 28th the 'Wings for Life" event organised by Team 113 of charity run ROPA 2009 was held at Gilze Rijen.

Besides sports events (Defensie Topsport) several helicopters were put on display. The F50 flying young cancer patients to and from Rotterdam Airport is already mentioned in this topic.

For the record, the following was put on display:
S-441 Cougar 300 Sq.
Q-16 Apache 301 Sq.
D-665 Chinook 298 Sq.
R-124 Super Cub did some fly-pasts during the lunch program
U-05 Fokker 50 - air taxi Rotterdam

Regards,
Rob Nispeling
