Great log !! Where are the codes on the Be-200's noted (on the nose / tail) ? I saw the Beeches many times before at MRS but I never actually the codes painted on the a/c.

Hi Michiel,
Very productive log!
RU sure about Chilean army H-200? In September last year H-280/F-ZVLQ was seen together with H-281/F-ZVLR.
cheers,

Hi Erwin,
Thanks for your reply and yes Marseille was very productive indead.
The Chileans Pumas were read by myself and Remco. I also have photoproof (sorry not high quality).
It seems Eurocopter is changing al lot with the civil regs. For example: I saw the 621 (F-ZWTZ) NH.90 of Oman last year also but with civil reg. F-ZV?? (if I remeber LQ or LH).
Also the 622 of Oman is according Scramble database seen as the F-ZWTZ with was now the 621.
Also this 622 was having number 1154 on the paper behind the window, maybe part of the c/n?
I noticed this before with the A40-004 MRH-90 of the Aussie, this one had 107 on the paper and his c/n is 1107.
But any additions are welcom ofcourse.
Regards,
Michiel

… NH90 sandy primer, hangared
Plus EMB312F 501/312-UT and …/312-JO flying across
Outside storage in front of and between flight line hangars held about 30 helicopters, mostly rotorless in primer. Hard to make out every single one, and the distinction between EC120 and EC130 may be wrong (will be most of the time )
A rough indication as seen from the other side (crash gate 28), right to left (east to west) on Sunday evening:
Between hangars:
… SA365 primer
… AS350 sv, covers (maybe the F-WMXX that flew?)
… AS550 Pak Army, fcs, covers
… EC120 burgundy red, covered
… EC120 dark blue, covered
On ramp:
2 EC130, 1 EC120, 1 AS355 (some appear in list above)
Behind that:
… EC120 primer
… EC120 primer
… EC120 sv
… AS355 primer, grey tail
… EC120 primer
… AS355 primer, grey tail
… EC120 primer
Next to that on ramp:

… AS350 primer, parked between the two above
Next to that on ramp:
… EC120 primer
… EC120 primer
… AS350 primer
… AS365 primer
Behind that nose on in front of last hangars:
8 (later 10?) AS350 some blocked from view, rotorless primer
… AS365 primer
I think we got the latter two in the list above while being towed around, they were near the corner.
Hope this helps, any corrections and amendments welcome obviously !!

Do you have more specific details? Camouflage? Titles and exact model? There are at least three FAV Cougars under overhaul at Eurocopter Marseille, but rumours are that more Cougars have been ordered by Venezuela. Hope to hear some more,
saludos.

Seems to be a standard camouflage with FAV title on aft fuselage, red stripe on fin and Venezuelan flag on tail boom. Most probably the test reg is F-ZWCE.

Many thanks PvdK, I guess no picture available? The thing is that at Eurocopter are three FAV AS.332B Super Puma's ... while you mentioned a AS.532! So perhaps one new built for Venezuela?pvdk wrote:Seems to be a standard camouflage with FAV title on aft fuselage, red stripe on fin and Venezuelan flag on tail boom. Re: Marseille-Provence (LFML/MRS) - 2009 MIL
The Venezualan Puma's are here for updates. No new ones I am afraid. Here's the one I saw Oct-8th at Marseille (heavilly cropped, so sorry for the quality). You can see the "9" you described is some sort of squadron marking I guess.
A full log will follow as several visits were paid over the last week.

The FA Chile Cougar/Caracal was a nice surprise to me. Unfortunately the photo turned out somewhat blurry and the last digit could not be confirmed. Furthermore there were a lot of Fennecs/Ecureuils stored on the ramp which escaped identification as there were simply now serials allocated to them. About seven of them were all painted in grey c/s and could be destined for the military, but I’m not certain of that.

At the Securite Civile end a few additions were found compared to the log two days ago. A few additional Tigres were pulled out of their hangars on the 9th and so was a recently modified Dauphin2 helicopter.
