Found this info on Piloot&Vliegtuig (Pilot & Aircraft) magazine, januari 2009.
QAPS is moving away from AMS by november 2009.
The new location will be in a new (to be build) hangar on Lelystad Airport, 30-40 planes per year.
The permit has been requested an they expect to start building in may 2009.
