Today Mar 11, 2009: around 17:10 local time high over Almere: 5 F-16's (3+2) heading southeast. Anyone more info please?

About three minutes ago (around 19.18 hr) a Chinook flew over Noord-Limburg in western direction.

at 19:25 one or two f-16's passed overhead Raalte. QRA? or night flying practice?

Yesterday around 17/18:00 hours also two F-16's flying very close to each other at high altitude over Ede flying from the North towards South/West.
Also QRA or just practice?

Noted overhead Wednesday March 11th: A C-17 and a C-135 flying parallel in South-Eastern direction overhead Schiphol around 1820 hours.

Anyone?

Thursday night, 22.40. The familiar sound of Chinooks above Amerongen.
At least two of them.
Returning home GR, I guess.
Before that, they played around a bit. (high - low, high-speed)

DAF507 passed Ostend along the coastline from the UK to the Netherlands. I don't know where it will fly to.

Volkel was operating nine of its F-16's Wednesdaynight between 1900-2030lt, no QRA. And two Mirage 2000's were also overhead the Netherlands roughly between 1900-2010lt, first heading north, and then south to land at Volkel at 2010lt.

Vandaag pas voor het eerst weer een Cougar in deze buurt gezien na de sluitingsceremonie van Soesterberg AB op 12 november 2008 :shock:

Just overhead Krommenie a low level Lynx helicopter...flying from south to the north...de Kooy ??.
