RNLAF C-130 Hercules - G-988

Post by mitchell »

Here some photos found on the internet of the new Dutch C-130 Hercules making a engine run.

Edit by mod: there is no such thing as 'found on the Internet'. Displaying them like originally done here is simply unauthorised use. The links without proper credit still are, but we cannot go much further from our side to correct things.

Must be, engine runs are normally made before the first flight.

No such thing as a "short" C-130.

There are "normal" C-130's (so-called "stubbies") and "stretched" C-130's (-20 or -30)

I know, semantics, but I could not resist.

Yep. KLu C-130 serials are based on the construction number:
G-273 5273 C-130H-30
G-275 5275 C-130H-30
G-781 4781 C-130H
G-988 4988 C-130H
