That's right! Due to bad weather conditions at EPKS these 4 F-16s had to land at EPLK. And as for now, they're still there...

As for today the weather is still very poor , unfortunately... Moreover, according to Airspace Use Plan (AUP; available at this site - links for current & next-day AUP in menu on the left) one may not expect any F-16 flights over Poland today. (But there is chance for MiG-29s and Su-22s to be heard

)

This freq is actually called "Poznan APP". It serves as both approach and delivery for civil (EPPO, EPZG) as well as military (EPKS, EPPW) aerodromes of the region.
"Krzesiny TWR" (EPKS TWR) is 121.025 MHz.

These are primary freqs. There is also a pair of auxiliary ones according to offical sources:
Warszawa RDR West - 339.850 MHz
Warszawa RDR East - 278.600 MHz
But frankly - I'm not sure if these are really in use...
