At +/- 14.50 hours lt. (20/01/09) a Galaxy over Venray from the south to the north.
Was not as high as they normally used to be. Does someone know wich
one it was?

At 15.15 a AWACS overflew our house and a (I think) KC135 flew some circles and joined
the AWACS after s while. Does anyone know whay they were doing? Probably air to air refueling?

Thanx!

Hey,

Yeah, that should be them. Thank you for the confirmation. You had more luke then me. When I saw them they were absolutely not so close together. The boom of the KC135 is clearly visible.

Were did you made the pics (Where do you live?)

Anyone else for the numbers?

OKe, I saw them above Venray between 15.05 and 15.15 hours, so it should be
the same pair! To bad they always fly so high and that I do not have enough mm's.

At around 15.30 they went over Utrecht. Maybe on their way to the Polly-track?

From my office I saw them joining over the south-east of Nieuwegein, heading north-west. The Awacs flew first on the righthand side, turning to the left hand side and finally joined approx. over Utrecht.
Very nice sighting !

Could be. Nice to see anyway. The second time in 1,5 week that some air to air refueling is clearly visible!!!

But I hope someone has also an answer on my first question:

At +/- 14.50 hours lt. (20/01/09) a Galaxy over Venray from the south to the north.
Was not as high as they normally used to be. Does someone know wich

Wie weet welke E-3 vliegt met callsign NATO 4?

Had hem vandaag 2 keer op mijn SBS-1.

Gewoon uit nieuwsgierigheid!

Thx. Sjaak 8)

While standing in a traffic jam, returning from Florennes, just east of Bruxelles I spotted MD900 G10 overhead, circling the area.

At this moment a AH64 Apache is busy above the Leusderheide and the surrounding area (Soest e.d.) Found at the Gilzeforum no serials of this chopper....

This afternoon at around 16:00 LT a helicopter overflew Elst (gld), flying in western direction. It had a retractable gear, and from my point of view it looked like an Agusta A109.
Who has some more info?

Regards,
Richard

Most Likely RCH7181, 07-7181. The only one Westbound around that time.
