Hi all
Will post a report here after visiting Orange.(29th and 30th Jan)
Couple of questions, if some one could help me please.
1- The viewing at Orange at both ends of runway looks great but not so many photos on the Internet, is there a problem with security moving you on?
I have been told this is not the case?
2- I know the Chef De mission has been cancelled.
Does anyone know if the based Mirages fly often?
Many thanks
Rich

Re: Orange 2009
Rich,
On both sides it's good to take pictures in the landing/approach.
Normally in France keep low profile,so no stepladders against fences ect, ect.
If you want detail info pls sent me a personal mail.
I have been in orange last May and saw 2x Brasillian F-2000C, 3x F900 and Alpha jets.
The local mirages flew several missions that day.

Hi there!
Both sides no problems. See the Where to Go section. It still is france so you can expect Gendarmerie. We had it at Orange on several occasions, but besides a check on papers no trouble. I must say that I dont have the urge to "be AT the fence" and that usually ensures a somewhat longer stay. It's a nice field, enough opportunities to see and pic whatever you like without too much problems!
ENJOY!!
