none were identified… Don’t know if the KC-10 departed as he was waiting for a better runway visibility..
Fog made it very difficult to read something off.. could not even read the CC-144 from about 40 meters..but still managed later..

Ramstein: tuesday 23-12-2008 (+/- 11.00-16.30h)
We arrived at about 11.00h from Spangdahlem and we couldn’t see anything because of the very dense fog. This is what we saw (or think we saw ). It wasn’t easy, especially in the morning so any help/corrections/additions are welcome .
