Dutch Hercules damaged in Tchad

Post by Rockville »

According to a press release by MODNL a C-130H-30 Hercules transport aircraft operated by the RNLAF sustained damage during a landing at the Goz Beida airfield. The aircraft provides support to the EUFOR mission in the African country.
At this moment the damage is being examined.

The MODNL press release:

HERCULES BESCHADIGD IN TSJAAD

According to logs at EWAS, the G-275 flew from Tchad to Eindhoven today. Later this afternoon it flew to Cambridge. It had flight restrictions (<10000ft) as the cabin could not be pressurized anymore due to the damage.
