If you ignore the wings, tail and nose, the fuselage reminds me a bit of the old KLM DC8s!

That's blasphemy!? Shame on you! It looks more like one the plane-models that LEGO has on the market.

Small correction on the KLM 737 WFU dates.

BDA, BDC and BDD will continue operation for KLM until at least end of Summer 2009. Aircraft will get maintenance in oct08/nov08. During that maintenance BDA and BDC, as wearing the old KLM colors, will be repainted in the standard KLM colors.

BDR will be phased out in Q2 2009.

Roel

:lol: I doubt it!!!
I'd guess that the routing would be something like SJK-REC-SID/DKR-FAO-AMS.

Hoi,

Taken from the Embraer web-site http://www.embraer.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

The Embraer 190 has a range from 2400 NM ( 4445km ) and a maximum operating speed of mach 0.82.

Don't know how far it is from the Embraer factory to the Azoren or Canarian Islands.
Perhaps it wil be via the Cape Verde islands.

Michel

The registrations that will be used for the Embrear are the old Fokker test registrations for the F70/F100's.

Usually they fly Sao Jose dos Campos-Recife and Recife-Las Palmas. Last leg is 2435 NM so depending on the winds a bit tight. Alternate could be Recife-Ilha do Sal (SID) which is 1647NM and SID-Faro (FAO / 1451NM).
We'll see.. :wink:
