Hi,

Are the Italian EF's out on the ramp or in the shelters?

Thanks in advance, might have a look on Saturday after arriving at Brussels from Tirana.

Cheers,
Perry

Hi,

I think the A-10s will be replaced by F-16s because 90-0813/SP was noted on Monday.

But.... just wait and see next week!

The callsign for the 813/SP was Buzzards, think it is currently loaned (on TDY) to the guys of Aviano...

Currently some SP F16's are TDY on Aviano to keep the 31 wing on full strength because some AV F16's are in Greece for receiving avionics updates (AIM 9X).

90-0813 is one of them.

The SP Viper left Florennes this morning with an Aviano Viper.
(90-0813/SP and 88-0413/AV)

Left behind @ Florennes are: 88-0510/AV "510FS" and 89-2009/AV.

Just got home but put a short message on the mb for all of u who want to go tomorrow.

Nothing changed today, all aircraft were flying except for one EAV-8B, 2 Tornado's and an EF-18A. This Hornet was also towed into the TLP hangar so today the 4 Ala 46 Hornets and 1 Ala 12 Hornet were flying.
The Tornado GR4 flying today was coded "115" on the tail. This should make it ZD895.
There were also 4 Pipers parked on the field and 6 gliders which all departed when the TLp aircraft had left for their mission.
These were: LB01, LB03, LB05, LB06 and gliders: PL33, PL41, PL74, PL84, PL85 and PL87.
The weather was very good, hopefully all of you still going will have a great day too.
Now I'm thinking of going one more time, it would be nice to see the HH-3F's then... On the messageboard their arrivalday says monday oktober 20, so the first day of week 3. Is this a wild guess or really planned??
Otherwise I might go in the 4th week.

Anyway, happy spotting to al of you going to Florennes. It's a nice edition.
