i think it was an excellent airshow. c17 was awesome!
harrier was in the air, mig21 in the air, and the others were cool, of course. i don't have many photos, i'm not a great spotter, i only have a 3 min video, about c17 take off, and demo, i share it later on youtube. unfortunately the quality will be not so good (knowing yuotube...), but i hope, it gives some back from the demo.

I think it was the best show I've been to this year. My only problem was, the flying was so good and long, there was too little time to see all the other things at the site. And the final pass the Orao gave at Saturday was just awesome. Should be done more often in Western Europe to. (Although I'm afraid our Dutch BAD will miss this post .)

if they do read it and this will happen in Holland, the tower will give this bird an extremely red card and ban the flight forever. However looking forward to see do the J-055 the same. Hi everyone,
I'll kick off with a full report from saturday of this splendid air show! Any additions and corrections are very welcome! I tried to make this report as clearly as possible, however I noticed some aircraft did change position so it might be possible that not everything fits for everyone...

some small additions/corrections
Mi8T 10437 was under camouflage netting near the line of preserved ac and helo's (behind the fence of the Press centre). It was on its belly with rotors and tail section missing.
Gendarmerie EC145 "JBT" didn't leave but was relocated: at the end of the show it was parked near the other Eurocopters at the far left end of the static.
Code on the Mig21F on the gate was "25" iso "21"
Also on the static near the hangars was Aero ... OK-INA

Hi, thanks for the additions and corrections.
@ Marco,
You are right about the 2nd Gripen. This one was seen during the day at this flighline near the Czech challenger, in the evening we saw it at the flightline near the C-17.
Thanks for the serials of the Turkish Stars.
@ Frank,
Was this EC145 here all day long or did it come in around 16.00hrs?
The Mig-21 at the gate was a typo, thanks for the corretion!
More additions are welcome!!!!
Thanks in advance,
Hilco

aviodromefriend wrote:I think it was the best show I've been to this year. My only problem was, the flying was so good and long, there was too little time to see all the other things at the site. And the final pass the Orao gave at Saturday was just awesome. Should be done more often in Western Europe to. (Although I'm afraid our Dutch BAD will miss this post .)
That it always is possible to get lower was shown by Veres Zoltan with his Extra 330S at Saturday. I almost got an hart attack when he came straight at us turning upside down over the taxi way
