11E, you could at least indicate whether the helicopters are visible from the outside or whether they are locked up in a hangar before transfer to an SDDC vessel. At Steinweg Handelsveem it used to be a good practice to park helicopters inside for a while before transfer. I am also very much interested when the helicopters were noted. This information will at least give us a change to make a proper decision about driving to Rotterdam to have a try.
One more thing: the harbour number might be too specific to you because of the reasons stated. To me the numbers of the helicopters seem to be very specific as well

They put a wall of containers around the helicopters with an entrance only two meters wide. Only the top of the tailrotor was visible above the containers. There were 11 helicopters and if everything went OK the ship departed with the high tide in the night of the 27th.
I noted them in the periode 25th - 27th of July. They were already there before the 25th.
If everything went OK (for the ship) they should be on the way to the USA by now.
there was nothing (more) inside hangars or buildings.
I know it s.cks that I can give you this only and at a time it is too late, i hope you understand it.
