Thanks a lot!
Today, made visual ID of C-9C and indeed it was 31682.
Also An26 1509 present at military ramp, next to two M28s
Furthermore excellent scoobydooing by my Dispatch buddies showed the CTM0004 on flightplan as F-RAFK, so serial 27 of ETEC00.065.
Thanks guys!

Hi all,
Last week I was in Poland again. Nice weather on the Friday and a pretty busy ramp. Nice line up of different types:
M28 - 0206 (camo c/s)
M28 - 0214 (camo c/s, left at around 18.30)
Mi-8 - 631 (white/red c/s)
W-3A - 0619 (camo c/s)
W-3A - 504 (white/red c/s)
Yak-40 - 038 (stored)
Yak-40 - 041 (stored as well?? was not there on 06/03/08 )
Yak-40 - 044
Yak-40 - 045 (pulled out of hangar at around 18.30)
Tu-154M - 101 (arrived at around 18:00 and pulled in hangar at around 18.30)
Tu-154M - 102
AB-412 - 02
C-295 - 020 (arrived at around 19.00 and was gone half an our later)
After the C-295 left a couple of firemen (incl fire truck) were cleaning the tarmac, so I don't know what the Casa lost there.....
Edit: The photos are here.
That's all for now.

It's possible There is no problem to take the picture without ladder. One question regarding the two Il-14's on the fire dump: Is it possible to take decent pictures of them without a ladder etc.?
No, it isn't possible. And secondly, is it possible to get close to the AN-2 which is on display near the control tower?

LOG 11 AUGUST 2008
LOG 11 AUGUST 2008
A day at the fence started with a look at the military apron. To my surprise it was deserted, only one W-3 was parked outside. Also the two previously stored Yak-40s were not present!. Hereafter I moved to the viewing area on top of the terminal. From here I spotted the spottershill near the beginning of runway 11. Next was a taxi ride to the Media Markt which is very close to this hill. My taxidriver was very sad that I did not want a expensive drive into town, and said he did not know where to go, but I showed him a map and reluctantly he brought me to my destination. There is some garage with a tank and BPM where we stopped and from here I walked to the spottershill. Very nice place and even better today because runway15 was closed so all traffic was planned for this runway. Especially departing traffic had to cross runway11 via the taxiway in front of the hill. Very good!
0619 W-3 camo c/s, parked at military apron
.... W3 white yellow c/s, arrived in the afternoon with a direct approach
045 Yak-40 arrived as PLF101
101 Tu-154, arrived as PLF138, departed as PLF139
At 1600 I left and took tram 7 into town, but you could also take tram 9.
Anyone knows why there were no Antonovs/M28s?
According Scramble magazine both Yak-40s have been sold, ex 041 departed as UR-YNA
For the civvies:
PH-BDA B737 KLM
SP-LLL B737 Centralwings
SP-KCN ATR42 White Eagle Aviation
SP-ZSZ with callsign Jedi11a
SP-MXI P180 Medical Air Rescue
and many more....
Good source BTW: http://www.epwaspotters.org/ and the map at http://www.stan.home.pl/warspo/images/Zalacznik_1.jpg

Re: LOG 11 AUGUST 2008
Interresting! AFAIN it is usually Tu-154 which serves as more important one carrying a callsign PLF101. I also don't remember having chance to meet Tu as PLF13x. But frankly to say both planes don't visit Poznań very often. And when they do, usually for training purposes, they used to be called: Yak-40 as PLF045 (if it's 045), and Tu-154 as PLF121 (if it's 101 training). Thanks for your logs and story!Piet Luijken wrote:045 Yak-40 arrived as PLF101
