Noted last Saturday 05-01-08:
Do-228 NAF-028 Nigerian Air Force :onfire::onfire:
It's inside the large white hangar which is owned by a company named Cirrius. The Building number is 360.
It wasn't easy to get in but we were lucky and could view for a few seconds.

Noted in the Cirrus Hanger was
NAF031 Do228 Full Camo
and another one in Grey Primer.
Can anyone confirm this is still NAF028
or have any other Nigerian ones
appeared an Zweibrucken recently?
Has anyone a last sighted date for NAF028 at Zweibrucken please.
Thanks for any updates or replies

Well, I was at Zweibrucken yesterday (24/09/2008) and the two Nigerian Do.228s are still there.bhxspotter wrote:Noted in the Cirrus Hanger was

NAF-028 is in the grey scheme while NAF-031 is in the green camo.
Both are inside the Cirrus hangar and don't appear to be visible from outside but I was lucky enough to meet a nice man who let me inside for a few moments to see them. Both appeared to be quite complete (but were still being worked on), so I don't know how much longer they will be there.
Also inside the hangar on the flight training side (the hangar is split into two) is the fuselage of EMB-120 SE-LKB which is in use as a flight trainer.

The Dutch helicopters should be departing on 10 October,and reportedly one of the 2 Nigerian DO-228 here will also depart on this day.
