Indian Air Force Hawks and RSAF Tornado GR-4A

Yesterday the 14.12.2007 we had another delivery of two Indian Air Force Hawks MK-132 registered 3484 and 3489. A total of 25 Hawks MK-132 are scheduled to be delivered to the Indian Air Force from the factory in BAe Warton with the others to be delivered as kits for assembly in India by the Hindustani Aircraft Industries. Also another BAe delivery which passed through Malta on the 13.12.2007 was a Royal Saudi Air Force Tornado GR-4A registered 6612 which was being upgraded in the UK since December 2006

The number of Hawks to be delivered from Warton is 24, with 42 to be assembled by Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd in India.
Last Thursday's delivery was the second one, the Hawks are scheduled to arrive in Bidar AFS next Monday. This delivery flight originally started on Wednesday 12 December, but one of the aircraft was hampered by technical difficulties, so the two Hawks returned to Warton and started over again the next day.

Noted here at approx.13.30 on 14 Dec in extreme cold and windy conditions were the following Indian AF Hawk Mk.132 in full markings,

A3485
A3486
A3495

The first and third of these was seen flying the same afternoon.
