Anyone for the Jade Cargo 747 (landed around 11:45 on 18C), the Icelandair 757 (arrived minutes later on 18R) and the Great Wall Airlines 747 (used 24 for take off)?

Does anyone know what the regi of the Cessna jet is, that's currently at Schiphol-East without a rudder and has a cover over the cockpit?
