Hi gents,
Absolutely. That's why we added the 'Send Updates' section to every guide. Please use it and we will be happy to process your info! Alternatively, you could use one of our editorial email addresses as mentioned in the magazine.
Thx,
Erik

Ah, the printed version - sorry..!
Still, we welcome the new info as mentioned above (if not already) but I suspect our choice for publication will rather be new airfields than updates on previously published ones. After all, space in the mag is limited. However, my word on this is absolutely not final!

"For runway 27, you can walk on the sandpath leading to the base to get closer to the fence. But beware of the farmer, stay on the path."
The path is gone for years now!
Well, the update was sent 3 months ago..........

I also sent updates for Turkey, I think in May or June: still no changes in the ORBAT......

Dear Spine,
- We absolutely 'take notice' of updates, the sections stay.
- We indeed have a backlog on them, partly even without a response to their submitters. That is wrong and we are working on it.
- Many updates are processed as they should, sometimes even within hours.
Origin of the update problem: in our enthusiasm we sometimes start more items than we adequately can maintain. Still, we feel it is better to be behind in some places (as long as we don't abandon them) than to not go there at all.
Keep the pressure on us to do as we promise, but it would be appreciated if you could be less absolute in your negativism now & then.

We are, that is exactly the problem. I will not go into a lengthy discussion butSpine24 wrote:You guys must be on a high workload pressure.....sugestion: remove the 'Send Updates' section if you dont take notice of it!

Hi,
I was referring to the tone of your feedback on the forum in general. I do appreciate the frustration in this case. The Orbat people have been informed. Your Airfield Guide update, which was exactly the way we like them, has been processed. Thanks and sorry for the delay.
