At yesterday evening around 21:00 hours i saw a former camoflaged Luftwaffe L-39 standing on the civil platform in front of the tower. It serial begins with 28+.. the last part i thought i saw 33 but i didn't had my binoculars with me so i'm not sure. Does someone have more info? Thanks in advance.

After lining-up at the RWY one of the Lynxes experienced engine problems. All returned to their spot. With a new ETD of 13:15LT only 3 Lynxes will be heading to Woensdrecht, leaving the unfortunate one = ZD-263/639.

REQ: Skyline L-39 in primer
August 30th we (Panoravia) had a base visit at De Kooy and in the morning we looked through the windows of the Skyline hangar. In front of us was the damaged Fouga F-GSHG (ex FAF 45), the ex FAF Paris 51 and 2 L-39's. One in all primer and behind it the yel/wh L-39V that should be 28+49. First we thought the primer one must be 28+17 but then we read that this one arrived back at De Kooy at september 1st as ES-TLE/28+17 in full camo c/s, so that wasn't the one.
Anyone a clue what the primer L-39 must be in the Skyline hangar???
TIA,
Erik Kamphuis
