I'm thinking to go at the last thurstday of this year to EHKD, I have two Questions:

- Is there something expected at this day??

Hi,
Usually the military bases are closed between Christmas and newyears day. Maybe some CHC or Bristow helicopters will fly, but don't expect any military flights.
Regards,
Pim

The new SAR heli will not be flying in the evening and at night untill feburuary, due to a lot of training that has to be done first.
