Hi,
With ref. to some recent posts, we could start a dedicated 'Nostalgia Forum' to post old logs, ask questions about movements from days gone by, et cetera. Is that a good idea or should we rather leave these things to the respective areas?

We are working on a DB of the EHLW movements, we have about 52.0000 so far and still a few gaps to fill!
We start from 1937 up till now!
See here: http://www.frisianmilviation.nl/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; -> Request Research Group Leeuwarden (top right).
So it would be interesting for us!

Yes, a link on the first page with "Active Topics". This would show a list of modified topics from all subforums.Key wrote:Is it something else you mean?
I've seen this on other forums and personally I find it very useful. In the current situation, you see which forums contain new posting, but you'll have to visit them to see which topics were added/modified.
Greetz,

OK, this topic has been viewed roughly 360 times but we only have 21 votes (< 6%). Of these votes most are in favour of the Nostalgia forum so it is now open, but we'll monitor the activity. If there is not much going on it will be better to close that forum again, we don't want to make things more complicated than is useful. Meanwhile... enjoy!

P.S. The first few topics have been moved into it from other areas.
