In that case the Scramble DB is not correct as they have RNeth.AF F-35's F038-F040 as 5843 - 5845.

I have no first flight date for this one but on the 24th of Feb it already used a Strike callsign meaning it was in its acceptance flight schedule. Otherwise known as DCMA flight.
