Our HH-60G Pave Hawks at the 56th Rescue Squadron and 56th Rescue Generation Squadron are the last in the active duty U.S. Air Force to officially be retired!
We’re excited to welcome the HH-60W Jolly Green II to the fleet and are excited to put their capabilities to the test!

87-26007, 89-26205, 92-26471, 97-26774 were the last four retired.
Re: Aviano retires the last active duty HH-60G Pave Hawks
All four must have gone elsewhere because none of them are listed on the latest AMARG inventory.
We just need to know the serials of the HH-60Ws at Aviano now.
Regards
Mark

Re: Aviano retires the last active duty HH-60G Pave Hawks
The C-5 on the 13rd was the last transport aircraft visiting Aviano, this would mean that no "G" model left yet.

19-14494 / '14494' is confirmed on images from the introduction ceremony for the HH-60W Jolly Green II at Aviano Air Base, Italy, Jan. 10, 2025 (Source: DVIDS picture) - no visuals of the 2nd one mentioned. The 'FT' code still carried on the tail. Now part of 56 RQS.
