The last photo is also Miami International, DC-6 were still normal operational aircraft 30 years ago.
Trans Air Link had their apron roughly where now UPS and Fedex now are.

Spent most of my working life in commercial aviation, including cargo. Very nice selection of what was 'run of the mill' in the 80/90s before chapter III kicked in and many of these noisy smokers had to be kicked out.
