Only 2 showed up ZZ384 and ZZ408, Arrived around 1230 Dep around 1315 to EHAM

Security send me away because of small stepladder. Should be at least 3 mtr from the fence… Photography was not a problem. I encoutered the same at Wunstorf 1 month ago. Is this becoming general rule in Germany?
