A Boeing AH-64E Apache assigned to 4-6 ACS, 16th Combat Aviation Brigade,
crashed near Joint Base Lewis–McChord (JBLM), WA.
Both pilots were taken to a hospital.

A US Army Boeing AH-64E Apache helicopter crashed under unknown circumstances in Fort Carson, Colorado.
Both pilots sustained minor injuries.

There have been more Apache incidents/accidents over the years,
but this recent string of mishaps in a relatively short time may be a bit much...

The U.S. Army has made no comment on the string of incidents and has not grounded the fleet.
