So the F-35s will be operating from Jagel during the Spotter Day(s)?

Any word on where the spotter's area will be located yet? I was looking at some videos from the 2014 Tiger Meet on YouTube and the location back then looked far from ideal for anything other than aircraft taxiing.

I'm more than happy to be proven wrong ;)

It just looked like the view of the runway was quite obscured in the videos I saw on YouTube - like this one:

Some of the departures from 2014 to show Agg that it was not so bad at all :D

Spotters were placed in front of tower and firebrigade, LEFT from taxitrack.

Yeah, that doesn't look bad at all - I guess I don't need to worry 😉

The spotter area is right in front of the fire department. You are nearby the runway, which will be used as taxiway, as in earlier years. The active runway 05/23 is some 250m away.

The Dutch F-35 will come only for the weekend, to have some social happiness.

Yes, Jagel still has night/late-flying. But this will change next week.
