Update on the website linked in the top post:

"A spottersday will be hosted on both June 7th and June 10th.

More info on how to register will follow at a later date."

So the Friday and the Monday around the middle weekend.
And it looks like spottersday has its own logo as well.

Tickets are 40 euro a day.
Max. 1500 tickets a day.

Does anyone know if it is possible to pay for several people in one transfer? We are 4 people going together and it would be nice, if we could pay together, because bank transfer fees to foreign accounts are very high in Denmark.
I have of course also asked the organizers, but haven't received an answer yet.

If you make a payment in Euros and use the correct IBAN and BIC, it shouldn't cost more than a payment within a country. It is an EU law. Maybe you have to pay to get your DKr converted into Euros, but are these fees so high?

Info regarding NTM money transfer:

If you transfer money in euros and the payment takes place within the SEPA zone, the IBAN and the name of the recipient are sufficient. If a country is not in the SEPA zone, you need a BIC/SWIFT code for international transfers. Countries that belong to SEPA are are:
Andorra, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Germany etc

Conclusion: Recipient + IBAN number, and reference number should be sufficient!

To transfer money from Danish Kroner to Euros cost about 30 Euros per transfer. It´s not a fortune, but it would be nice if we only had to pay it once.

I have been charged €15 by the organisers bank for making a payment from the uk, have confirmed with my bank that they do not have any charges, so seems like the organisers bank are the ones charging for payments from ‘foreign’ accounts

maybe because you live outside the EU..

I paid with IBAN and there was no extra charge

UK is part of SEPA-System. Usually SEPA transfers are free of charge (only) for Euro (in & out) payment.

But usually your account in UK is nominated in GBP... same like Denmark etc.
